Ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil
6 baby marrows, spiralised
10 – 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
1-2 tablespoons homemade basil pesto
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan on medium heat.

Add the baby marrow spirals and sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and basil pesto and stir. Cook for another minute.

Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
