What services do you offer?

As a health coach, I offer personalised one-to-one coaching in person and online. I provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, stress management and self-care. As a kinesiologist, I provide in-person assessments to determine the root cause of imbalances. I practice gentle balancing techniques to restore physical, emotional and biochemical energy. By combining these two practices, I offer a unique service for enhanced results.

How does your services work?

Coaching sessions are conducted via video call or in person. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and achievements during our sessions. I provide ongoing support, accountability, and guidance to help you stay on track and achieve lasting results.

Kinesiology sessions are conducted in person. I use non-invasive muscle testing to establish the root cause of imbalances in your body. Gentle balancing techniques are applied to restore balanced energy on a physical, emotional, or biochemical level.

How do you approach nutrition?

When it comes to nutrition, I take a personalised approach tailored to your tastes, lifestyle, and health goals. We’ll focus on nourishing your body with delicious, whole foods and creating a plan that works for YOU.

Kinesiology can be applied to determine food allergies and intolerances to establish a personalised healthy eating plan for optimal health.

Do you offer ongoing support in between sessions?

Absolutely! Between sessions, I’m just a message away. You will receive additional support and encouragement via text or e-mail every step of the way.

Do your health coaching packages allow for flexibility?

Yes! When life gets in the way, I am more than willing to accommodate changes in our schedule while working together.

Can I book for Kinesiology without Health Coaching?

Absolutely! I have many clients who only see me for kinesiology. However, I offer a complimentary kinesiology session with my Signature and VIP health coaching programs to benefit my clients.
