Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dayenu Care and Wellness. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 5 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and programs
  • Coaching programs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund, as appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We shipped the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process outlined above.
